Agentforce or the Highway | Salesforce Discussions

The pressure to sell Agentforce is unlike anything I’ve seen in my 8 years here. We are being told to pivot every single customer conversation to autonomous agents, even when the customer just wants their basic CRM to work. The quotas are detached from reality, and the internal competition between AEs is getting toxic. It’s not about helping customers anymore; it’s about hitting Marc’s AI numbers.
