Every time I open the Slack channel, I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop, yet I’m also holding onto the hope that this "efficiency" phase actually leads to a leaner, less bloated engine. I’m tired of the performative "Ohana" emails that feel like they were written by an algorithm. But, I have to admit, there’s a strange, quiet camaraderie forming among the survivors. We’re cutting through the bureaucratic red tape simply because we have to, and honestly? Some of the processes we’ve ditched were dead weight anyway. I’m guarded—cautiously so—but if we can stop chasing every shiny object and actually focus on the core platform, maybe there’s a way out of this current malaise. I’m just trying to keep my head down and ship, hoping the light at the end of the tunnel isn't an incoming train.
