Are we just steering the ship toward the ice or is there a leak I’m missing?

I’ve been looking at the roadmap for the next two quarters and, frankly, it feels like we’re playing a high-stakes game of telephone where the message gets corrupted by the time it hits the VPs. It’s frustrating to sit in town halls listening to "operational agility" buzzwords while the actual logistics on the ground feel like they're being held together by duct tape and sheer willpower. It feels like leadership is obsessed with these massive, top-down pivots that ignore the reality of our regional supply chains. We’re chasing metrics that look great on a slide deck but leave us scrambling to fix the actual service gaps. That said, I’m not writing this off yet. The talent in the trenches is genuinely world-class. If we could just get a bit more alignment—and a little less "executive performance art"—we’d be unstoppable. I’m sticking around because the potential here is still massive, but I’m keeping my eyes wide open. Is anyone else feeling this disconnect, or am I just seeing ghosts?
