But lately, it feels like the big calls from up top, especially around resource allocation between core apps and Reality Labs, are less about data-driven strategy and more... aspirational. We're hiring incredible people, then shuffling them like a deck of cards chasing the next big pivot. The "Year of Efficiency" felt more like a mass re-org lottery. I see the ambition, I truly do, but where's the accountability when a massive bet doesn't land, and we just... move to the next one? It makes it hard for us on the ground to feel anchored.
