Title: Does anyone else feel like we’re steering the Titanic with a joystick from a PlayStation 1?

I spent my morning staring at another "Strategic Alignment" deck that was clearly written by someone who hasn't been inside a lab or a manufacturing suite since the turn of the century. It’s impressive, really—the sheer gravitational force required to keep this many layers of middle management afloat while we scramble to hit milestones built on pure delusion. We talk a lot about "patient impact" during the town halls, but the real impact is the collective sigh audible from Rahway to Upper Gwynedd every time a new mandate drops from the C-suite. There’s zero accountability for the pivots that make no sense, just a fresh batch of KPIs and a “Culture of Excellence” badge to distract us from the fact that the ship’s map is drawn in crayon. It’s hard to keep pretending we’re innovating when the entire process is paralyzed by people whose only job is to protect their own seat at the table. Just keep grinding, I guess. The stock buybacks won't facilitate themselves.
