Does anyone actually remember the "Core Values" plaque in the Fremont lobby?

I walked past the etching in the lobby today and realized it’s become nothing more than a historical artifact, like a relic from a civilization that prioritized engineering rigor over quarterly optics. There was a time here when a technical decision was an act of craftsmanship. Now, it feels like we’re playing a game of musical chairs with strategy. We pivot initiatives before the etch chemistry even settles, all to satisfy a slide deck that’ll be forgotten by the next all-hands. I look at our current leadership and see a vacuum where conviction used to be. It feels like we’re drifting, waiting for a mandate that never comes, while the real talent just quietly polishes their resumes. We used to be the adults in the room, the ones who obsessed over the physics. Now, we’re just another ticker symbol chasing the ghost of a roadmap. I miss when we solved problems instead of just managing perceptions. Does anyone else feel like we’re just keeping the lights on in a museum?
