Intel is burning the house down to keep the board warm

I’m tired of hearing about "process nodes" and "IDM 2.0" while we’re literally tripping over our own feet. We’re bleeding talent—the actual engineers who know how to tape out a chip—while the C-suite plays musical chairs with strategy like it’s a hobby. How many reorgs can one company survive before the culture is just a hollowed-out shell of PowerPoint decks and "urgent" Slack pings about nothing? It feels like we’re being led by people who haven’t touched a schematic in two decades, yet they’re the ones making calls that cost us market share and reputation daily. We’re missing deadlines, shipping half-baked solutions, and then acting shocked when the street hammers us. There is zero accountability at the top. The strategy changes every six months, but the people steering the ship remain the same, insulated by layers of middle management. We’re not competing with TSMC anymore; we’re competing with our own incompetence. Stop telling us to “think big” when you’ve shrunk our ability to actually execute.
