I keep refreshing the internal memo page, but it’s always just more "synergy" buzzwords while the actual business units are hemorrhaging direction. We’re deep into this shift toward value-based care, yet every week feels like a different strategy is being thrown at the wall. Are we pivoting? Are we cutting? I look at the C-suite updates and I don’t see a vision; I see people trying to patch a hull with Scotch tape. There’s no accountability for the missed targets that trickle down to our daily workflows. It’s terrifying to be in the middle of this. My team is working double-time to hit metrics that seem detached from the actual challenges we’re seeing in the market, and when we ask for clarity, we get redirected to a FAQ page that says absolutely nothing. Am I the only one looking at the exit signs? I’ve spent years here, but this silence from the top feels different.
