I keep refreshing the internal portal waiting for an "all-hands" update that actually says something, but all I get is more slide decks about global synergy and "optimizing our footprint." It’s getting hard to pretend everything is fine when the org chart in my head shifts every time I log onto Slack. I’ve been at Equinix long enough to know that when the messaging turns this vague, the floor is about to drop out. We’re deep into these integration pivots, and honestly? I’m terrified. I look at my dashboard, look at the project pipeline, and I can’t tell if I’m building a roadmap or just rearranging the deck chairs on a ship that’s already taking on water. Is it just my silo, or is the ground moving under everyone? I’m tired of interpreting subtext. I just want to know if my badge is still going to work in six months, or if I’m just waiting for a calendar invite titled “Touch Base” that ends my career here. Does anyone actually know the plan, or are we all just guessing?
