The "Transformation" is just a slow-motion car crash we’re forced to watch from the backseat.

Is anyone else getting whiplash from the constant pivoting? One week we’re "all in" on the new commercial model, the next, the directive from the ivory tower shifts, and the middle management layer is left scrambling to explain a strategy that clearly doesn't exist. The silence from the top is deafening. We’re out here carrying the weight of these massive portfolio shifts, navigating the chaos of the latest reorg, and all we get are polished, tone-deaf emails that sound like they were drafted by a bot living in a vacuum. You talk about "innovation" and "patient impact," but you’re gutting the internal systems we need to actually get the work done. Stop treating us like we’re NPCs in your growth-margin fantasy. When you shift the goalposts every fiscal quarter without a shred of transparency, you aren't "being agile"—you’re just breaking the people who actually keep the lights on. If the leadership team is as lost as the rest of us, just say that. The gaslighting is getting old.
