The "Synergy" Meat Grinder is officially out of gas

Is anyone else getting whiplash from these "streamlined" mandates? I’m tired of the charade where we pretend that cutting entire product divisions overnight—without a single coherent roadmap—is somehow a masterclass in efficiency. We’re being force-fed this "profitable growth" narrative while the actual intellectual capital that built this company is being shown the door via automated calendar invites. Management isn’t communicating; they’re issuing death certificates for our projects behind closed doors. It’s insulting to sit through these town halls where leadership dances around the VMWare integration fallout like it’s a minor weather delay instead of a structural catastrophe. You can't "optimize" your way into innovation when you’ve stripped the teams of anyone who actually understands the codebase. The silence from the top isn't strategic—it’s cowardly. Stop selling us the "Broadcom Way" when the only thing being manufactured here is pure, unadulterated anxiety. Fix the transparency or stop pretending we're partners.
