Is anyone else watching the ship steer itself into the rocks, or am I just the only one looking at the bridge?

I’m tired of the "innovation" theater. We keep pushing these aggressive growth targets and complex portfolio expansions, yet the people actually driving the R&D and supply chain are drowning in bureaucracy. It feels like every quarter, a new executive initiative drops from the ivory tower—disconnected, tone-deaf, and completely divorced from the reality of our lab workflows. Where is the accountability for these botched rollouts? We pivot strategy like we're flipping a coin, leaving us to clean up the operational fallout while the C-suite pats themselves on the back for "synergy." You can’t scale a biotech powerhouse on PowerPoint slides and buzzwords alone. Stop gaslighting us about our "robust pipeline" while we’re stretched to the breaking point trying to fix the cracks in the foundation. If you’re going to dictate the direction of this company, start owning the wreckage when things go sideways. We’re done carrying the weight of your ego.
